W-4 Employee Witholding Form

W-4 form is used by your employer to withhold the proper amount of federal income tax from your paycheck. Form W-4 allows an employee to specify the number of exemptions, and optionally, any additional amounts to be withheld from their paycheck. All new employees are required to submit a W-4 form so that their withholding amounts may be correctly deducted from payroll. The IRS recommends that employees submit a new W-4 tax form each year, or any time their personal or financial situation changes
